Data and analytics consulting
What I do
I help organizations build reporting and data infrastructure they can rely on.
Typical work includes consolidating fragmented data sources into a single queryable layer, replacing manual reporting processes with automated pipelines, defining metrics so they mean the same thing across teams, and building dashboards that support decisions rather than decorate them.
Engagements are scoped and delivered by me directly. There is no handoff between the person who scopes the work and the person who builds it.
Background
Twelve years in data and analytics, in roles spanning business intelligence, reporting infrastructure, and analytical systems for regulated environments. This includes leading analytics teams, rebuilding enterprise reporting from legacy and spreadsheet-based processes, and designing data pipelines at enterprise scale.
I hold a full-time senior analytics role and take a limited number of outside engagements.
Education
Master of Science in Analytics, Georgia Institute of Technology
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance), The University of Alabama
Speaking
Co-presenter, Databricks Data + AI Summit 2025. Topics: AI governance and real-time analytics.
How engagements work
Work is project-based and scoped in writing before it begins. Most engagements run four to eight weeks, though some may last longer as needed, and all end with documentation and a handoff that leaves the client able to maintain the system without me.
Availability is limited by design. I take a small number of engagements at a time.
